| Bonjour Picpus, Essayons de faire autrement .. Désinstalle dans les règles de l'art ( proprement) O&O Defrag puis télécharge la version 11 s'il te plaît . Tu trouveras en MP mes propres identifiants afin que tu puisses l'enregistrer .. O&O Defrag 11 Professional Edition (choisir 32 bits) En espérant que le résultat soit probant mais rien n'est moins sûr ! Excellent dimanche à tous .. Amicalement

Should you still experience problems after following these instructions, we would kindly ask you to send us a Screenshot from the registration window in order that we can see what you are entering and why the problem is arising. Instructions on taking a Screenshot can be found at the end of this list. 1. The fields "Name" and "Company Name" must be filled out correctly. If you bought the product in our Online Shop then please follow the instructions contained in your registration mail. Our Online Shop generates registration information which requires you to either leave the company field empty or to enter the appropriate name. Here are two examples: Name: John Doe Company: Serial Number: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
Name: John Doe Company: John Doe Serial Number: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
If you bought the product from a retailer in the form of a Box, then you can enter the text of your choice in the Name and Company fields.
2. All letters from the registration key must be written in capitals, e.g. for O&O Defrag enter DPN1, and not dpn1, or for O&O SafeErase EAM1, and not eam1.
3. Take care not to confuse similar numbers and letters, for example O instead of 0 or 1 instead of I (our registration keys contain ONLY zeros, no letter Os).
4. Please ensure you are not attempting to activate the wrong program, e.g. O&O Defrag Server with a registration key for O&O Defrag Professional or O&O DiskRecovery with a registration key for O&O MediaRecovery.
If you bought the product from a retailer then included in the Box is a CD containing all our products. You can only activate the porduct you purchased. The rest can be downloaded as trial versions, but not activated.
5. Please ensure you are not attempting to activate a new Version of a program with an old key, e.g. O&O Defrag Professional V11 with a registration key for O&O Defrag V10 or O&O SafeErase V3 with a registration key for O&O SafeErase V2.
6. Some systems will request the registration key every time you start, despite registration having been successfully carried out. This may be due to a lack of appropriate privileges, meaning the key could not be written into the Windows database. Please click on one of the following links to download instructions on how to solve this problem:

Should you still experience problems activating your product, then we will require a Screenshot of the registration window, referred to at the beginning of these instructions. To create a screenshot follow these steps:
1. The first step is to create the windows that you want to capture and leave them up on the screen.
2. Just to the right of your keyboard, you should see three groups of keys. The lower set of keys usually is a group of arrow keys. Above that is usually a set of some six keys that are labeled "Insert," "Home," "Page Up," etc. Above that should be three keys that have rather odd labels - like Pause/Break and ScrLk. One of those keys should be labeled PrtScrn/SysRq. Pressing Alt-PrintScreen (Alt-PrtScrn) places an image of the frontmost window on the clipboard. Pressing PrintScreen by itself places an image of the entire desktop on the clipboard.
3. If you press PrtScrn/SysRq, nothing will appear to have happened. However, your computer just took a snapshot of its screen and stored that picture on its clipboard, much as it stores information that you cut and paste.
4. Open MS-Paint. (From Start/Run, issue the command "mspaint".) Create a new empty image, and use Edit/Paste to bring in the screenshot you just took. (If the screenshot is smaller than the default Paint canvas, you will end up with white areas. Start over: create a new empty image, change its dimensions to 1x1, and Paste again. The canvas will grow for the Paste, but it doesn't shrink.)
5. Use MS-Paint to Save As, using PNG as the file format (it is superior to all the rest).
Simply send us this Screenshot by e-mail as an attachment. We will look into the problem immediately for you.
